Nata nel 8 ottobre 1966 in Bucarest, Romania.

Graduata dall’ Accademia di Musica Bucarest nel anno 1990, classe della profesoressa Arta Florescu.

Laureata del Concorso Internazionale di Canto ‘Madama Butterfly’ – edizione 1990 Miami, USA.  Invitata al Festival Puccini di Torre del lago – Viareggio, Italia. Tournee di concerti in Filipine – Manila; Italia – Salerno; Germania – Bonn, Bremen, Mulheim, Siegburg, Neuwied, Bad Pyrmont, Brilon; Luxembourg – Mozart Requiem con l’Orchestra ‘L’Estro Armonico’ e il Coro ‘Vox’; concerti come pianista accompagnatrice del suo padre, il grande baritono romeno Dan Iordachescu, negli Estati Uniti, in Canada, Italia e in Romania (sulla scena del Ateneo Romeno di Bucarest e dell’ Opera di Iasi).

Concerti sulla scena dell’ Ateneo Romeno, La Sala Radio (insieme con L’Orchestra Nazionale Radio  e il Coro Radio), L’Opera Nazionale Romena, Il Museo Cotroceni, L’Istituto Culturale Francese, Il Museo George Enescu, L’Accademia di Musica Bucarest, La Sala Auditorium, La Sala Dalles, Il Festivale di Musica di Camera di Brasov, L’Opera di Timisoara, La Filarmonica di Craiova (insieme con L’Orchestra Banatul della Filarmonica Craiova e il Coro della Filarmonica Craiova), Satu Mare, Constanta. Ha cantato sotto la direzione musicale di prestigiosi direttori come Maestro Cyril Diederich, Dafydd Bullock, Milen Nachev, Nicolas Astrinidis, Iosif Conta, Gheorghe Costin, Tiberiu Soare, Iosif Prunner.

Solista dell’ Opera Nazionale Bucarest nei anni 1993-1994.

Suo repertorio include Mozart – Requiem, Messe C-dur ‘Kronungsmesse‘ ; Beethoven – Sinfonia n. 9; Berlioz – Romeo et Juliette; Dafydd Bullock – Mass in D; Nicolas Astrinidis – Oratorio Alexandros Megalos; Giuseppe Verdi – Rigoletto; Richard Strauss – Ariadne auf Naxos; cameral and orchestral works by A. Caldara, F. Durante, C. Monteverdi, G. Giordani, A. Stradella, A. Scarlatti, B. Marcello, G.B. Pergolesi, G. Caccini, C.W. Gluck, Haendel, Bach, Haydn, Mozart, Schubert, Schumann, Mendelssohn, R. Hahn, Debussy, Franck, Faure, Duparc, G. Enescu, Poulenc, Respighi, Obradors, Strauss, Dvorak, Menotti, Tosti, Pennino, Di Capua, Denza, Volpe; opera arias by Haendel, Gluck, Mozart, Rossini, Donizetti, Verdi, Bellini, Ponchielli, Cilea, Puccini, A. Incisioni su CD: La Dinastia Lirica Iordachescu, editato da ‘Muzica 2001′, insieme con suo padre, il baritono Dan Iordachescu, e sua sorella, la soprana Irina Iordachescu; Mozart Requiem – Bullock Mass in D, editato da ‘Lake Sound Productions’ in 2003, insieme con Irina Iordachescu, Christian Chenille, Arthur Stammet e L’Orchestra ‘L’Estro Armonico’ e il Coro ‘Vox’ di Luxembourg, sotto la direzione musicale di Maestro Dafydd Bullock; Emozioni – insieme con sua sorella, soprano Irina Iordachescu, editato da ‘Irini’ in 2005. 

Dal 2013 Cristina Iordache è professore associato presso l’Università Hyperion di Bucarest, insegnando voce e interpretazione musicale.
